These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of Thryvoo's services, provided by Thryvoo Private Limited ("Thryvoo", "we", "us"). By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

1. Use of Service

Thryvoo provides QR-based feedback collection and marketing solutions designed specifically for local businesses. You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful business purposes
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

2. Account & Access

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Accounts are non-transferable without our written consent

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing cycle you choose (quarterly, half-yearly or yearly), in Indian Rupees, exclusive of taxes; any applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout
• Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers
• Plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions: you approve a payment mandate at checkout and the plan renews automatically at the end of each cycle. You are notified before every renewal, and you can stop future renewals at any time by cancelling from your dashboard or cancelling the mandate in your UPI app / bank
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and there is no long-term contract obligation
• Refunds are handled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy
• We may change plan prices with 30 days' notice. A price change applies from your next renewal, not to a cycle you have already paid for

4. User Data

By using Thryvoo, you consent to:

• Our collection and processing of business and customer data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• The transfer and storage of data in secured cloud servers
• Processing of customer feedback data to improve your business insights

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use Thryvoo for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to copy, modify, duplicate, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any third-party rights through our platform

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately
• We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thryvoo shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

8. Modifications

• We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services
• Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
